There was NO tendering process!

The Government financed media, NBN, used taxpayers funds to pay NCC, which is another Government financed body, some undisclosed sum of money for the rights to carnival. Now these corrupt government people have the nerve to call this the best offer.

This is simply the people paying for the rights for their own product. From the Government’s materialistic point of view, how can this be a better offer than if someone other than the taxpayers was footing the bill.

There is corruption here. NCC and the Government of the day usually get away with these bogus deal that lack transparency and accountability, as they believe the population is either too tired from partying or too drunk and distracted to care.

PNM is back to their old tricks and should not be left to believe that this fraud is acceptable because many do not like the UNC.
