WHILE stating that he was sorry for the children who have been kidnapped, calypsonian Cro Cro is adamant that corrupt politicians and businessmen deserve to be abducted.
He makes the point in his 2004 tune titled "Face Reality" which he performed at Friday night's opening of Calypso Revue at Henry Street, Port of Spain.
"The people who don't like it are the people who have raisin in the sun. All who tief eh go like de song. But this song will tell them to stop tiefin money and give back de poor people dey money," he told the Sunday Express in an interview yesterday.
Known for his controversial lyrics, Cro Cro said those who would have the biggest problem with its message were "slack, nasty and morally sick". Full Article
