Don't be bedazzled by the show of it all.I happen to live abroad, and have not discovered a scintilla of reason to believe that T&T is not the the same dump that I left in 1956. In point of fact the country is devoid of law as this concept is understood in the civilized world. That the country will have become a developed member of the first world by 2020, is a manifestly intoxicated view of those drunkards promulgating this idea.
