Trini basketball superstar Jamal Magloire had his bis break out game on Thursday. Jamal who although born in Canada openly identifies with the land of his parents, Trinidad and Tobago was in devastating form as he shot his way to a career high 27 points. Magloire had earlier this week signed a three year extension contract with the New Orleans Hornets. Although no figures were released about this contract Magloire is estimated to worth about 5-7 mil a year, which would push his salary to about 15-21mil over the extension period. On Thursday night he showed the fans in Orlando why he got his new contract as he shot 75% from the field, 9 out of 12 shots and followed that up with 9-9 from the free throw line. The 6-11 stars seems set to have his best ever year in the league thereby justifying the promise he showed while setting records at Kentucky state in the late 90's.
