U-N-C is the saviour of our Country

There is direct relationship of awarding 10 days based on party affilliation instead of need. There is a direct relationship with certain areas of the country(south of the Caroni River) being ignored pre-1995 for basic amenities like roads, schools, health and community.
There is a direct relationship between a certain political affilliation and the Civil Conservation Corps.
There is a direct relationship between political affilliation and getting jobs in State companies that some are not even qualified for( and in some cases as Ministers the only pre-requisite being a newly acquired Masters and marraige certificate BUT no Successful job experience except for a failed Pride and squandermania of over $300 million dollars and no tangible benefit except in their friends pockets and bank accounts. The Result is an ill-administered plan to help the nations children,a plan which was engineered and laid out by more competent people of the previous Administration.
