Animal Abuse in T&T

I will like to request the Government and Citizens of Trinidad & Tobago to seek interest in Animal Abuse. There are too many Dogs being suffered and throw away in places such as the beach, road side, market and any direction you look. Many citizens are unaware that Female Dogs can be Spaded. Thus, they are mating every few months and society is either throwing away the puppies at the roadside or discarding them in a bag at the nearest river. If the Government is passing a new law to tax on houses, why can't they pass a new law on Animal Rights? The Government should open a Free Spading Center so these Animals should not suffer any longer. I request Justice to be done !
