What exactly has Carlos resigned from? Unless I am missing something, he is still an MP and has not ruled out running again saying that when the time comes he will put the question to his family. We keep falling for these distractions. One was going to "vote his conscience" in Parliament, another going to step down if UNC loses, and now this "resignation" from nothing.
