Probably more so than states in the south or west. New York City for example may be diverse in cultural and racial groups, but they tend to all live seperate. So much for the melting pot. New york is more like a dump that ignorant foreigners flock to like it's paradise. I would say to them to wake up and smell the roses if there were some in that concrete jungle of stench, disease, and dispair.
