It probably started when India was under British Colonial rule. The light skinned dark Skinned thing is what I mean by it. American blacks have the same sort of thing. I've heard light skinned blacks verbally beat dark skinned blacks and vice versa. People have to be comfortable with who they are and stand up for their basic human rights when they are being threatend.
