I believe panday smarter than that and he believes that it is better to be underestimated than show your hand. his former henchmen still have not understand how to use power as they will overplay their hand. Watch dem and you will see.

I do not believe that Afro-Trini or Indo-Trini play that STRONG a chord but it so happen that the perpetraitors (lower element-those who lack education and vision) do display behaviours that may be in the word of Eric WIlliams be considered "recalcitrant". THE APPEARANCE AND THE REALITY ARE DIFFICULT TO DISTINGUISH BUT IT APPLIES TO A STONG VOCAL FEW.
