T&T Barbados Dispute

Numerous statements have been made in the press about Barbados being a Geographically Disadvantaged State. Can someone give a precise definition of a Geographically Disadvantaged State as contained in the UNCLOS. It will be interesting to see if Barbados really has any claim to that status.
