The real face of Trinidad

Hi Folks,
I was recently watching a segment here in the states on cable television called "Wild On E:Trinidad & Tobago". I was quite turned off by the segment. Like all these frivoulous travel shows they create a false image of the countries they visit. The show seemed to imply that whites on the island outnumbered blacks and that the Trini culture was developed by them as opposed to the blacks who live there (ie. Wining). Just wanted to get opinions of Trinis there or in the U.S. Thanks.
