LEFT: Keston Bledman, Richard Thompson, Marc Burns, Emmanuel Callender and Aaron Armstrong<\/div>\n<p><i>By Liselle Maraj<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.newsday.co.tt\/news\/0,85956.html\">newsday.co.tt<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Six of the nation\u2019s top athletes yesterday received the Chaconia Gold National Award for their outstanding achievement at the XXIX Summer Olympics held in Beijing, China last month.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe small ceremony took place at President\u2019s House, in Port-of-Spain.<\/p>\n<p>Double silver medallist, Richard Thompson led the group of awardees which included 4&#215;100 metres relay silver medallist Marc Burns, Emmanuel Callender, Keston Bledman and Darrel Brown.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Manning pledged $4 million in rewards to the TT Olympians.
