A relative \u2013 a firearm user&#8217;s licence holder \u2013 came to the family\u2019s assistance and confronted the men.<br \/>\n<A HREF=\"https:\/\/newsday.co.tt\/2022\/02\/24\/woman-2-suspected-bandits-killed-in-westmoorings-shootout\/\">Full Article : newsday.co.tt<\/A><\/p>\n<p>~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p><A HREF=\"https:\/\/trinidadexpress.com\/newsextra\/westmoorings-attack-female-homeowner-dies-after-killing-2-suspects\/article_e2b35d50-9579-11ec-8636-93eb46dff6c0.html\">Mom killed in Westmoorings home invasion: 2 suspects die<\/A><br \/>\nNicole Moses, the mother of two killed when bandits entered her property in Westmoorings this morning, is being mourned and celebrated as a hero who died in defence of her family and property.<\/p>\n<p><A HREF=\"https:\/\/www.guardian.co.tt\/news\/businesswoman-fatally-shot-in-westmoorings-home-invasion-6.2.1459892.1015e5a6e0\">Businesswoman fatally shot in Westmoorings home invasion<\/A><br \/>\nGuardian Media understands that Moses, 49, was at home with her elderly mother and other relatives just after 8 am, when three men entered the family\u2019s property at Cherry Crescent.<br \/>\nA report said a relative, who is the holder of a firearm user\u2019s licence, opened fire on the bandits with his weapon, after which there was a shootout.<br \/>\nTwo of the bandits were shot.
