I was duly informed that such was not possible since Noel Trace was on a schedule.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nI dare WASA to publish the schedule for my section of Noel Trace. Perhaps someone turned off the stopcock at the Noel Trace\/Santa Margarita intersection. <\/p>\n<p>However, over the last five years, when there is no water, the main culprit is loss of the wells at Valsayn Trace No. 1.  <\/p>\n<p>It is time that WASA acquires new equipment instead of having customer service reps accuse the public of lying. Why, I ask, would I lie about my lack of water?<\/p>\n<p><i>N.
