Mr Ramlogan had called more than a week ago for the construction materials at the site to be secured in the face of investigations into the project.<\/p>\n<p>Both the police and the Integrity Commission have launched separate probes into this project, the latter in response to a complaint filed by Devant Maharaj head of the IndoTrinbagonian Equality Council.
