Two huge cruise ships were tethered alongside it to provide overflow accommodation for the great and good. Many of them were confined to windowless cabins.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nSea Lots is an embarassment to Trinidad and Tobago. The government tried to screen it away from view during the Summit of the Americas last April. The locals called the barrier the Obama Wall, as it was meant to prevent the visiting president from catching sight of the slum. He would have smelt it, though.
